Mexican international Hirving Lozano made 32 appearances for Italian champions Napoli last season, and while his three goals and three assists were not enough in terms of numbers.
He also started nine games in the Champions League and played a major role in winning the title.
The 27-year-old winger is being courted by Saudi Arabia, who are aggressively reinforcing their squad this summer, and it is increasingly likely that he will leave his club in 2019.
Interest has also arrived from the Premier League, with West Ham and Aston Villa also said to be keeping an eye on his movements.
The player’s former agent, Alessandro Monfrecola, has expressed skepticism about the player going to England.
He said that his admiration for Liverpool and Manchester United was behind his departure, referring to the Mexican international’s departure.
“West Ham and Aston Villa have shown interest in Lozano, but it seems to be a timid interest. Lozano has always dreamed of clubs like Liverpool and Manchester United, so I don’t think he can be very attracted to them [the other two].”

At this point in time, Liverpool has no plans to look to Napoli, much less acquire a forward, winger, or other front-line player.
The club has been rejuvenated considerably over the past three transfer windows, acquiring Luis Diaz, Darwin Nunez, and Cody Gakpo in three consecutive trips.
