Bayern Munich was crowned Bundesliga champions last season somehow, but it is clear that the club is not running well.
Former Liverpool striker Sadio Mane, who was expected to replace Robert Lewandowski and score more goals, was handed over to his colleagues, while the CEO and sporting director were dismissed at the end of the season.
Liverpool is interested in former Ajax midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, who has been unstable at the club, while Mane and Sabitzer are also being linked with departures, so a major reshuffle may take place this summer.
Lothar Matthäus, who scored a total of 100 goals for Bayern and won the World Cup for West Germany, offered five names, including Gravenberch as potential players to leave the Bavarian club.
“Bayern will strengthen, especially in the striker position — the global carousel still has to gain momentum. Maybe (Kylian) Mbappé will be the first piece that gets things going. Bayern will do their homework, but will probably need a bit more patience.”
“I’m sure that 5-6 players from the current squad will no longer wear the Bayern shirt next season. (Yann) Sommer, (Alexander) Nübel, (Ryan) Gravenberch, (Marcel) Sabitzer and (Sadio) Mané are candidates for me.”
“It’s quite possible that Bayern will also swap a player for a striker and add some money to it. Maybe someone is interested in (Leon) Goretzka and has a striker to offer? Bayern has to make space for new players & also pay for the transfers. There’s still a lot to do,”

As for the former Ajax midfielder, he is likely to play in the Bundesliga next season, as the president has indicated that he will stay. On the other hand, Sommer, Sabitzer, and Mane have been constantly rumored to be released before, and there is a high probability that they will be playing for another club in the new season.
Furthermore, French defender Benjaman Pavard has stated that he will not renew his contract and could be sold this summer. Luca Hernandez is set to join PSG, and Joshua Kimmich is also being watched by a major club.
Bayern is also interested in England’s Harry Kane in order to once again show their overwhelming power, but will they be able to reinforce the right players with the best possible restructuring?
