Jordan Henderson’s move to Saudi Arabia has been finalized, and Brazilian midfielder Fabinho is close to joining the Middle East. A formal offer had been received from Al-Ittihad, and he had agreed to a personal contract, so he did not accompany the team to the training camp in Germany or the tour of Singapore.
Negotiations had stalled a bit over the method of payment, but a verbal agreement was reached between the two clubs and the medical were completed. All that remains is to sign the contract documents, and the former Monaco midfielder’s move to Saudi Arabia is imminent, according to Fabrizio Romano, an Italian journalist.
“Fabinho has completed medical tests as Al Ittihad player, here we go!”
“Liverpool and Al Ittihad are still waiting to sign documents, medical approved as verbal agreement has been reached.”
“Deal being completed and sealed on three year contract.”
