After joining Liverpool from Roma, Egyptian international Mohamed Salah overturned the disappointments of his Chelsea days and continued to score goals. As part of the front three, he has brought Liverpool a golden era and won numerous titles.
Senegalese international Sadio Mane and former Brazilian international Roberto Firmino, who have been the pillars of the attack, left Anfield, the former to Bayern Munich and then to Saudi Arabia, while the latter sought a new home in the Middle East when his contract expired.
Saudi Arabia was the last of the front three, and reports were circulating that Al-Ittehad was also reaching out to Salah. However, the player’s agent, Rami Abbas Issa, dismissed the rumors on his social networking site and stated that he is focused on playing for Liverpool.
