Liverpool in recent years, including Harvey Elliott, Ben Doak, Bobby Clark and James McConnell, have welcomed promising young players from across the UK into the team.
The academy has also been enriched with 16-year-old midfielder Trey Nyoni, who was acquired last summer, making his first-team debut.
And Liverpool are close to signing another promising talent. According to The Secret Scout, 16-year-old defender Alvin Ayman, who plays for Wolverhampton Wanderers, is on his way to Anfield. The compensation fee is expected to be £1.5 million.
Aiman joined the club from Bradford in August 2023 and has proven his potential through the U-18 Premier League and other competitions, attracting interest from top-flight clubs.
If the transfer goes through, it will be a significant step up in just one year.
