Egyptian international Mohamed Salah remains at the heart of the Liverpool attack, although he has not shown the same brilliance as in his prime. There continues to be strong interest from Saudi Arabia, who are also said to be targeting him when his contract expires in June 2025.

Liverpool, who have a long list of potential replacements, are scrutinising the transfer fee and ability from a number of angles and could make a move in the transfer market this summer. And Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus of West Ham United is one of their targets.

According to Football Insider, the 23-year-old attacking midfielder is set to make a push against his club as he leaves the team this summer. The report also claims that his departure has become uncertain after missing out on the European stage.

He made his first Premier League challenge last summer with Ajax. He was used extensively as a left and right winger and centre forward throughout the domestic and Europa League, scoring 14 goals for the London club and establishing himself as a mainstay in his first year with the club.

He is as physical as a strong centre-back, has a powerful shot and is a good chance-maker. He has established himself in England as an attacker and has received interest from a number of strong clubs.

Fellow Brazilian midfielder Lucas Paqueta has been linked with a move to Manchester City, and it seems unlikely that West Ham would make a decision to sell two key players at the same time, but what do you think?
