AS Roma plans reinforcements from Liverpool! Targeting former Brazilian FW Roberto Firmino... Transfers

Former Brazilian international Roberto Firmino was looking for a free transfer after his contract with Liverpool expired at the end of last season. While Inter Milan (Italy) and St. Louis City (USA) were interested, he was close to going to Saudi Arabia.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the former Liverpool forward is now reached a verbal agreement with Al Ahli and sign a three-year contract until June 2026.

During his days at Anfield, he scored a total of 111 goals and provided 79 assists. He was part of the front three that defined an era, and his combinations with Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah left opposing defenders shaking in their boots.

After eight years with the club, Firmino has decided to move to Saudi Arabia, where a number of star players have decided to move on.
