Weekly salary of more than £200,000...Liverpool to begin new negotiations with Trent Alexander-Arnold Transfers

Trent Alexander-Arnold, a local defender who has shown glimpses of talent since he was a teenager and has earned a spot at right back in Jurgen Klopp’s regime, has transformed himself from a young player to a vice-captain at the age of 25.

The English defender, who has also been playing as a midfielder since last season, is turning a new page in his career, but he has only 18 months left on his contract with Liverpool, which expires in June 2025. The club is looking to extend his contract with Liverpool, which expires in June 2025.

According to the international media outlet Football Insider, Liverpool is prepared to offer one of the highest salaries in the club, over £200,000 per week. Negotiations involving the player and his agent are planned ahead of this summer’s transfer window with the aim of concluding a new long-term contract.

Talks were held last fall but failed to reach an agreement with the 25-year-old side-back. Despite the fact that the contract is expiring, Liverpool is confident of renewing the contract with the player and is ready to settle the matter at the next meeting.

The announcement of Jurgen Klopp’s retirement has also been pointed out to affect the departure of key players, with many media and commentators discussing Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk, and Alexander-Arnold, all of whom are under contract until June 2025.

So what does the future hold for the world-class sideback who grew up in Liverpool from an early age…?
