High goal scoring rate in the Bundesliga...Liverpool's eyes on Mohamed Salah's Egyptian teammate Transfers

With the retirement of Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool is moving into a new era under a new regime.Because it is such a turning point, the departure of the main players who have won numerous titles with the German coach is being discussed.

Former Roma forward Mohamed Salah has been the subject of continuous interest from the Saudi Arabian club since last summer, and it is widely believed that they will try to acquire him again this summer with a huge sum of money in reserve. His current contract expires in June 2025, and there is no chance that Liverpool will sell him in order to build a new team.

The Reds, who have a list of replacements in case of an eventuality, are also keen on Salah’s teammates in the Egyptian national team. According to Bild, 25-year-old forward Omar Marmoush of Eintracht Frankfurt is also on the target list.

The center forward, who has been on German soil since 2017, signed a contract with Wolfsburg but was loaned to St. Pauli and Stuttgart before joining his current club on a free transfer in the summer of 2023.

The striker, who is an attacker but has so far failed to make a mark, is gaining recognition in Europe this season with 15 goals and 6 assists in 32 games in the Bundesliga and the Conference League.

The acquisition of the Egyptian striker, who is under contract until June 2027, is expected to cost 50 million euros. Liverpool will not make a move, as the amount seems excessive considering his decision-making rate in front of goal, experience and performance to date.

Furthermore, they are looking for a right winger, not a center forward. The 25-year-old striker will not be landing at Anfield in the future, as he is not a key reinforcement this summer.
