In the summer of 2023, 21-year-old striker Benjamin Sesko stepped up from RB Salzburg to RB Leipzig.
He has maintained a high decision-making rate this season, with an impressive 14 goals and three assists after 29 games.
Despite his height of 1.95m, he has a dexterous style of play and is able to make the most of his surroundings in addition to his scoring ability.He has also scored 16 goals in 39 games for Slovenia and, considering he is only 21 years old, there is no doubt that his goal tally will increase further.
The young striker has attracted interest from top teams in Europe as well as the Premier League, with international media outlet The Athletic’s David Ornstein writing that four clubs – Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle – were serious about acquiring him.
