According to Caughtoffside, Crystal Palace have expressed interest in the England U-21 midfielder and manager Roy Hodgson is keen to bring him in.
Liverpool has successfully revamped its midfield, but with experienced players such as James Milner, Naby Keita, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain leaving and Jordan Henderson and Fabinho moving on, the club is not flush in terms of midfield numbers.
