Uruguayan international Darwin Nunez joined Liverpool from Benfica in the summer of 2022.In his first year at Anfield, he missed many decisions, played poorly as a center forward, and at times faced a lot of criticism.
However, under the guidance of Jurgen Klopp at club and Marcelo Bielsa at national team, Nunez’s game as a forward has been refined, and this season he has become a player who can be expected to not only score goals but also provide assists.
