Owen Beck, a 21-year-old defender whose uncle is Liverpool legend Ian Rush. He has been up and down the field hard, primarily at left back. He has had difficulty getting a start in the first team and was loaned out to Dundee FC in Scotland before the season began.
He had a productive loan spell at the club, making 17 starts in the Scottish Premiership. However, he was recalled as a reserve left back after Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas suffered a string of injuries.
Robertson returned from injury after only seven minutes on the pitch against Bournemouth. Tsimikas is expected to return to the first team shortly and has decided to return to Dundee FC in order to get playing time again, according to The Athletic.
