Arne Slot has taken over from Jurgen Klopp to lead Liverpool. The 45-year-old Dutchman, who led Feyenoord until last season, remains ambitious ahead of his big task in the Premier League.
He is facing a big challenge, with pressure from the fact that his predecessor was a renowned German manager, but he seems to understand where Liverpool stand and, although he prefers to say that there is a gap between them and Manchester City and Arsenal, he says that if they give everything they have, they could win the domestic league.
However, he also said that if they play to the best of their ability, they could win the domestic league.
“The most boring answer would be if the boys and the staff give everything every day, everything we’ve got to achieve the highest possible. I think last season showed how small the margins are in the Premier League,”
