Jurgen Klopp left the helm at Anfield and was replaced by Arne Slot, Liverpool’s new manager. Replacing a great manager who led the team for many years is a tough challenge, but the Dutchman’s side have made a good start to their Premier League campaign, winning three games in a row.

Even their first away game of the season against a top club, Manchester United, showed the difference in strength, with a more solid defensive network than Klopp’s regime, and they showed their strength on the pitch.

He said it was important not to be happy or sad about the opening dash, but rather to build on the good results towards the end of the season.
