Omar Marmoush, a 25-year-old striker for Eintracht Frankfurt, has been frequently mentioned recently as a potential successor to Egyptian international Mohamed Salah. Like Salah, he also plays for the Egyptian national team.
The player’s decision-making in front of goal has increased dramatically since last season, and he has been explosive in scoring this season.
He has scored 17 goals and provided 11 assists in 19 games, including in the Bundesliga and Europa League. He has been the driving force behind the team’s bid for the top spot in the domestic league.
German Sky Sport Germany’s Florian Plettenberg believes it is unlikely that he will sign a new contract with his current club and expects him to move on next summer.
