He has also made 40 appearances for the French national team and has helped the club maintain their top position this season with one goal and six assists in 26 games for a team with a new coach.
He has a different style of play to Trent Alexander-Arnold and will certainly be an asset in defence. He can play at centre-back as well as right-back, and although he is not one of the taller players, he also possesses strength.
