Well played on his Premier League debut...Liverpool defender Conor Bradley reflects on a memorable day Hot Prospect

Last season, he moved to Bolton Wanderers on loan, and immediately after joining the club, he secured his place in the team.

He responded to his appointment with an excellent performance, scoring 7 goals and 6 assists in 53 games, including all competitions, and he improved rapidly as a player, returning to Liverpool last summer.

He was expected to play at right back to rest Trent Alexander-Arnold, but injury almost cost him the first half of the season.

Nevertheless, he started the League Cup semifinal, first leg against Fulham and made his presence felt in attack and defense.

With the England international out injured, he also started the Premier League game against Bournemouth.

The Northern Ireland defender, reflecting on the game, revealed that it was a moment that he had been waiting for.

“From about five years old. My Premier League debut is one I’ve been waiting for for a while, so to get that now, I’m really proud.”

“To be fair, it was a good team performance. It’s a difficult place to come, they’re in good form, so to get a 4-0 win, a clean sheet and three points, which was the main thing, we’re all very happy.”

“The header, I don’t even know what happened!”

“I couldn’t believe I’d just had that chance, and I thought I was going to score, but obviously missed it.”

“Then the second one was actually a good save, to be fair. I was gutted about that!”
